About Us

The Summer Fitness Program creates opportunities for youth K-12 to actively develop sports and physical fitness skills. Our camps and online programs are led by best in class coaches and advisors including multiple Olympians, National Champions, Celebrity Trainers, and sports innovators.

The focus of each of our summer programs are to engage our youth in guided activities that create greater awareness of physical fitness, get them moving, and empower students with knowledge. Whether it be a sport specific discipline or an agility program each curriculum is expertly crafted to be challenging, informative, and fun!
